Why is your diagnostic flat $89 — and what's the catch?
No catch. The $89 covers a NATE-certified technician's time to find the problem and write a fixed quote. Approve the repair and we waive the $89 entirely. Decline and you've paid for a real diagnosis you can take elsewhere — no upsell pressure either way.
Do you offer financing for new systems?
Yes. 0% APR for 60 months on qualifying systems through our financing partner, plus rebates from Xcel Energy and the federal heat-pump tax credit (up to $2,000). Most homeowners save $3,000–$6,000 vs. paying upfront. We'll do the rebate paperwork for you.
